THE ROLE OF THE PROGRAMME OFFICE FOR ARTS, CELTIC STUDIES AND HUMAN SCIENCES
The UCD Arts, Celtic Studies and Human Sciences Programme Office supports undergraduate programmes across the College of Arts and Celtic Studies and the College of Human Sciences. In addition, the School of Computer Science and Informatics and the School of Mathematical Sciences, both in the College of Science, contribute to one of the programmes, the BA.
The UCD Arts, Celtic Studies and Human Sciences Programme Office provides a range of support services to students registered to undergraduate Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Science degree programmes. The Programme Office is located on the ground floor of the Newman Building, on the Belfield campus. The Programme Office can provide advice and support on:
- Registration
- Programme Information
- Subject Progression
- Extenuating Circumstances
- Withdrawal and Leave of Absence
- Recognition of Prior Learning
- Internal Programme Transfers
The Programme Office manages the work of the Programme Boards, Programme Examination Boards and the Standing Committees for the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Science Programmes.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9.30am to 12.45pm
Wednesday: 2.00pm to 4.45pm
Wednesday 5.30 - 6.30 in term time for BA Evening students only.
