Learn techniques for transforming your life so that you can fulfil your potential and achieve all you are capable of becoming. Identify the five key barriers that prevent you from having the life you want as opposed to the one you have got. Learn the seven essentials for living a fuller life that will allow you to live your best life. Discover why some people fulfil their potential while others live lives of regret or disappointment. Learn what makes the biggest difference in the quality of your life. Find breakthrough strategies and solutions for overcoming the problems that confront you. You have the power to change your habits and the power to acquire new skills to aid you to achieve your potential. You can improve your performance, your productivity and the quality of your whole life.

Tutor Details:
Nicky O’ Leary (PhD) is a consultant psychologist with expertise in counselling psychology, psychotherapy and educational psychology. She has over 20 years professional experience with a special interest in supporting people to achieve their potential. Her research interests include happiness, giftedness, learning, personal development and life skills. Nicky operates a private practice in Dublin.

Who is the course for?
The course is aimed at anyone interested in human potential and the positive psychology movement. The course may have particular interest for those who have attended the Psychology of Happiness and the Psychology of Success courses, but is open to all adult learners.
