Sheep 2012 was officially opened by Shane McEntee TD, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
Sheep 2012 was hosted by Teagasc and organised jointly with UCD, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Bord Bia, Sheep Ireland and the Irish Farmers Journal. The main sponsors of the event are Kepak and Supervalu with additional support for the event from FBD Trust, Merck Sharpe & Dohme, and Pfizer Ireland.
