A Harvest of Irish Food
To celebrate Dublin City of Science, UCD, Teagasc, Bord Bia and DIT, hosted a Harvest of Irish Food, to showcase the unique combination of Irish food culture and tradition with the best of food science and technology in Ireland.To celebrate Dublin City of Science, UCD, Teagasc, Bord Bia and DIT, hosted a Harvest of Irish Food, to showcase the unique combination of Irish food culture and tradition with the best of food science and technology in Ireland.
This event through a tour of Teagasc in Ashtown, UCD in Belfield and DIT at Cathal Brugha Street, enabled delegates experience the best of Irish food and current food science and technology research. The event demonstrated the breadth and depth of food research undertaken in Ireland as well as highlighting the quality of sustainable Irish food being produced across the island.
