Irish Plant Scientists' Association Meeting (IPSAM) 2018

The 2018 Irish Plant Scientists' Association Meeting (IPSAM) will take place in University College Dublin from 11 to 13 June. The Meeting is being run under the auspices of the UCD Centre for Plant Science in collaboration with the UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science and the UCD School of Biology and Environmental Science.

Ireland has a vibrant and wide-ranging community of researchers in the plant sciences including crop science, phytopathology, plant genetics, horticulture, forestry and soil science. This ranges from fundamental through to applied research. The main focus of IPSAM is to provide a forum to share research in plant and crop science across the island of Ireland to nurture future collaborations.

IPSAM also prides itself on being able to provide a forum for research postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers to present thier findings to promote their future research careers.

Registration is open now and tickets start at €50. The registration deadline is Wednesday 6th June.
