Undergraduate Programmes
UCD recognises the centrality of a strong undergraduate base, both as an end in itself and as the bedrock of our graduate education and research activity and accepts as a core principle that sound education within subjects or disciplines is a prerequisite for creativity, innovation and interdisciplinarity.
While the School focuses on students achieving specified learning outcomes and developing their strengths in core academic disciplines, it also provides the opportunity for a broader liberal education through UCD Horizons, which offers our students greater flexibility and choice in how and what they study.
Agriculture & Food Science Programme
The Agriculture & Food Science Programme offers two distinct undergraduate degree pathways:

Each of the programmes has a number of places reserved for mature and access students and also offers FETAC links to students with related prior learning.
