The UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science publicly launched the new school at the National Ploughing Championships 2011 in Athy, Co Kildare. The exhibit was an outstanding success, showcasing the exciting range of teaching programmes and research available within the School. More than 10,000 prospective students, teachers and parents, UCD alumni, employers, industry collaborators visited the stand over the three days of the championships.
