CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

To register for the ALSP2006 conference, please complete and return the REVISED Conference Registration Form.

Early Registration Deadline: 1 May 2006. Registration fee after this date will increase by €20, and places may not be guaranteed.

Students, delegates without institutional affiliation or from developing countries are entitled to the Discount Registration Fee. You are also entitled to apply for a conference grant (further information below).

Registration fees include full access to plenary and parallel sessions, refreshments, evening reception on 29 June, and lunch on 30 June & 1 July. It does not include the conference dinner on 30 June (see below)

Finally, all conference participants are required to join the ALSP. Non-members' registration fee includes ALSP membership for one year, which also entitles you to a year subscription of the journal Res Publica (Vol 13, Issue 1-4).

CONFERENCE DINNER

The cost of participating in the conference dinner on 30 June is €35. A vegetarian option will be made available.

We are currently still exploring options due to the large numbers of delegates. More info will be made available as soon as possible.

CONFERENCE GRANTS

ALSP2006 is able to offer a small number of conference grants to assist delegates in participating in this event.

Please note that requests for assistance are likely to exceed the funding available, so we will not be able to assist all applicants. We only offer assistance to participants who have been selected to present a paper. In addition, priority is given to students, participants without institutional affiliations and participants from developing countries.

The conference grant consists of a fee waiver and selective contributions towards accommodation. Regrettably we cannot contribute to participants' travel costs. Please note that grant recipients are still required to become ALSP members (cost at discount rate is €25)

To apply for assistance, please complete and return the Grant Application Form to us as soon as possible. Applicants will be notified about the outcome of their application on 1 April 2006 at the earliest. Please do not contact us beforehand.
