We constantly strive to improve the quality of the students that graduate and progress to work in the agriculture, food and related industries in Ireland and around to world. In order to ensure that we keep our programmes up to date and relevant, we revise our curriculum on a regular basis. The present review focuses on what knowledge, skills and attributes that the graduates of the future will need and I seek your advice and input to this process.

UCD INSTITUTE FOR SPORT & HEALTH

Volunteers needed to take part in an 8-week step exercise programme designed to improve muscle strength and aerobic fitness. This will be carried out in your own home and will include 3 fitness evaluations at UCD Institute for Sport & Health.

Eligibility:
Healthy Females aged 65 years or over
Sedentary (not taking part in regular exercise)
Based in or around the Dublin Area.
Availability in May, June & July 2012.
