NPI Tools & Techniques Our portfolio of NPI (New Product Introduction) tools and techniques includes: Idea Generation Techniques Concept Selection Techniques Problem Solving Methods Design for Manufacture / Assembly Functional Analysis Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Teamwork   We can help you to identify specific opportunities for improvement and appropriate tools and techniques to address them. Knowledge of these tools and techniques can be conveyed by training or by supporting implementation within new or existing NPI procedures. We can also offer advice and support the introduction of enabling technologies such as CAD and PDM (Product Data Management).
