WAC-6, the Sixth World Archaeology Congress, hosted in UCD was one of the largest archaeological conferences ever held in Europe. It was an outstanding success, with 1600 delegates from over 70 countries participating in a multitude of academic sessions, poster and art exhibitions, field-trips and social events. UCD School of Archaeology thanks all involved - from whatever part of the world they came – and particularly our Irish colleagues for their huge contribution.
