Biographical History

O'Farrelly was involved in the Irish language movement and equality for women. She wrote poems and novels in Irish and in 1934 became professor of Irish in University College Dublin.

Printed bi-lingual election address from Agnes O'Farrelly, independent candidate in Dáil Éireann general election, 1927, constituency of the National University of Ireland.
