Corrected proof copy of the Report of the Dublin Commissioners appointed under the National University Act, 1908. The report is intended to accompany the university statutes framed by the Commissioners for submission to the King. The report focuses on the deficiencies attached to the universityís financial position; the lack of teaching provision for technological and agricultural subjects; poor salaries; and the inadequate proposed  framework for University College Galway. Includes extensive manuscript corrections [by Robert Donovan].
