BA Seminar Series

Transitional and study skill seminars for BA students!

We devised a seminar series to support your transition into college. We hope they address critical topics at key times for you as you try and get your head around your academic course and college life. If there are other seminar topics that we haven’t thought of that might be useful do let us know and we will do our best to build them in.

All the seminars will run at lunchtimes in the Newman Building from 1.10-1.50pm. No booking is required (but it is first come, first served). For further information on any of the seminars below please contact kathleen.kiely@ucd.ie

Seminar 2013-2014:

 

 September 25th Career Development Centre Open Day

Venue:  Career Development Centre, Library Building
Start Time:  11:00
End Time:  15:00

 Come along to the Open Day to meet the Career Development Team, take a look at all their new resources and find out how to use Careers Connect to look for vacancies, internships and book appointments and workshops. The first 800 people through the door will get a FREE Froberry Frozen Yogurt, and there's also the chance to win an iPad in their Facebook competition!
