Try Yoga as Gaeilge for a Relaxing Start to 2019!
Bord na Gaeilge offers a yoga course in association with Óga Yoga. The purpose of the courses is the strengthen UCD’s Irish language speaking community by providing an opportunity for both fluent speakers and learners of Irish alike to use the language in an informal setting. The course aims to increase participants’ awareness of the advantages gained from achieving a balance between body, mind and spirit. The course will run for 6 weeks and will be held in UCD Sports Centre every Wednesday, 1 - 2pm. The course will commence at beginner level. An understanding of Irish is essential. We welcome students, staff and members of the public.
