Steering Committee Meetings
The fourth meeting with the steering group took place on Thursday, 12 June 2008 in Tullamore during the International Peat congress.
The third meeting took place in Ballina Co. Mayo on Friday 7 September 2007 following a field trip (5-6 Sept) organised around the bogs of Co. Roscommon and Co. Mayo. Click here for itinerary of the BOGLAND FIELDTRIP 5-7 SEPT 2007 and click here for photos
The second meeting with the steering group took place in Dublin on Wednesday 17 January 2007 in EPA, Clonskeagh office.
The first meeting with the steering group took place on Friday, 28 April 2006 in the EPA, Clonskeagh office. A field trip was organised the following day to several peatland sites in Co. Offaly. Click here for photos.
Sub-Project Leader Meetings
Meetings with the sub-project leaders are regularly held during the course of the project especially during meeting with the steering committee meeting
On 8th January 2008, a special meeting of sub-project leaders was held to review progress and deadline for the last year.
Seminars
Various seminars are taking place usually by sub-project in order to communicate results to other work-packages. It is also the opportunity for students to present their work (see BOGLAND Progress for presentations)
