So that we can process your request as promptly as possible, please provide us with your name, your department, and the exact description of the problem (including name of the building and room number). All your requests are logged, itemised, and prioritised with urgent items such as leaks and spillages given highest priority.
The Maintenance Helpdesk opens from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
For URGENT items after office hours please contact the Duty Manager at extension 8666.
If something is broken or doesn't work, it is quite probably a maintenance problem. Do not hesitate to call us. If it is not a job for maintenance, we will be able to point you in the right direction.
