This service allows you to connect directly to any member of the UCD staff by simply stating the name of the person or unit you wish to contact. It means that you can access your contacts without having their number to hand.
UCD Direct 24 is an initiative to enhance 24 hour access to the university
operator services provided by UCD Buildings and Services,
as part of the overall Telecommunications Development Strategy, through
the introduction of a speech recognition solution. This service will
contribute to more efficient comunications for internal and external
users 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
