The improvement of the system and cabling structures has greatly reduced the amount of faults on the UCD telephone network. Unfortunately no system is fault free. If you have detected that your extension is not working properly, or you are experiencing any problem with your telephone facilities, here are a few tips that will make the correction much quicker:

Please note that while we make a best effort to complete requests within 2 to 3 working days, this depends on the volume of requested installations, whether wiring exists at the required locations for the installation or not, and availability of staff. Therefore, some service requests can take up to 14 working days or more.
