Disabled Parking Spaces

The Governing Authority approved the introduction of clamping of any unauthorised vehicles using or impeding disabled parking spaces.

Authorised vehicles are those displaying a valid European Parking Card for People with Disabilities, issued by The Irish Wheelchair Association or The Disabled Drivers Association.

Clamping of vehicles is in operation in UCD. Those parking in a disabled space will be subject to an initial on-the-spot fine of €80 payable to the clamping company for the removal of the clamp.
