The key focus of UCD Business Alumni is to help our business graduates keep in touch with colleagues, classmates, academics and the wider business community through a range of alumni activities and supports.

Our goal is to create a strong alumni community and network, with the school as the focal point. We are focused on building a life-long mutually beneficial relationship with graduates to ensure that they are constantly informed and engaged through regular events, reunions and communications.

Our Alumni Community

UCD Business Alumni has a global network of over 50,000 graduates (30,000 undergraduate and 20,000 postgraduate) in over 100 countries.

Degrees obtained by our graduates include BComm, BBLS, BBS, DBS, MiM, MBS, MSc, MAcc and MBA from UCD Smurfit School or UCD Quinn School of Business.

Our alumni are leaders in business and are actively involved in the development of the business school. They include top professionals in local and international companies across a range of different industries, from Technology to Finance.

We regard alumni as key stakeholders, donors and flag carriers for our reputation in the market place.

Alumni enjoy staying involved with the school and demonstrate their advocacy through donations, volunteering as regular guest speakers, mentors, course advisers and through student recruitment.

How you can get involved

We also encourage alumni to be active in building our alumni community and support students and the development of the School. There are many ways you can volunteer and get involved.

Alumni living and working abroad are also involved with our international chapters in key capital cities around the world from Boston to Beijing.
