Land Swap at Roebuck and Belgrove
The University has just completed the exchange of the lands at Thornfield (approx. 3 acres) for a similar size tract of land at the rear of the Belgrove Student Residences. The land previously formed part of the site of the nursing home operated by the Little Sisters of the Poor.
The University is expected to take possession of the property in the near future. This will present the University with the opportunity to further develop the Belgrove Student Residences. The University will maintain its operations at Thornfield until early 2010.
