Whiteoaks Update
The University in conjunction with its development partner Pamarette will shortly submit a third planning application for the site at Whiteoaks (marked 2 on the attached map). Pamarette purchased the former Smurfit headquarters site which adjoins the Belfield campus at Beech Hill in 2003.
The University entered into this development project shortly after the purchase by the University of the former Philips site (marked 1).
