Science Centre (A2) Building Update
Science Centre South will enable the establishment of a critical mass of science graduates and will provide researchers with the tools and resources they need to make the cutting-edge discoveries in the fields of biopharm, food & health and bio-nano sciences.
Enabling works for Science Centre South were complete in September 2009. Main Construction works for Science South recently commenced in January. The new redevelopment of PRTLI funded facilities is projected to be complete by late 2010.

Important events which will occur over the coming months will include:
- Substructure and Superstructure (January–September 2010)
- External Façade (March-August 2010)
- Fit-Out (April-November 2010)
- PRTLI Facilities complete (December 2010)

The next phase of the construction works package will include the super structure and external façade. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption over the coming construction phase and regular updates will be provided through the local Services Centre and webpage communication at http://www.ucd.ie/campusdevelopment/.
