The Charles Institute of Dermatology Update
The Charles Institute for Dermatology building incorporates a wide range of utilities including medical and process gases, fumehood and miscellaneous gas extraction systems, laboratory bench services, water & heating distribution services, air-conditioning/ventilation, building management systems, specialist cladding and complex plant room layouts.
Works on the new 4-storey research intensive building have progressed to roof level. The cladding support framework, mechanical and electrical installation activities have now commenced.
The occupation of this link building is scheduled to take place later this year.
