Achievement of the awards is about your development and learning, not the number of hours you put into something. However, generally speaking, the more you put in, the more you get out and it’s often the case that the more time you spend on a particular activity the more you develop as a result.
A. Yes. When you add details of a co-curricular activity, we ask you to include details of a referee who will validate your involvement. The system will generate an e-mail to your referee, containing the information you have entered (name of the activity, what you did, how long you spent on it etc.). S/he will be requested to click a button on the e-mail confirming that what you have said is true.
