Since the establishment of the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School at the Blackrock Campus of UCD, a comprehensive catering service has been provided by Leavy’s Catering including:
- Breakfast with home-baked scones
- Lunch choices include varied hot meals, salad plates and soups with sandwiches - all made to order. “Rudy’s Coffee Dock” with its miscellany of coffees together with soup, panninis, wraps, and smoothies has been specifically developed to suit those looking for a quick bite.
- With a seating capacity of 300, the Restaurant is the social focus of the campus for morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
- In addition, we cater for private full-service dining parties. This is a long- standing and popular facility used for University Boards, departmental, staff and business lunches etc. We also provide a full banqueting service for ‘Dean’s List’ and conference dinners.
