Former Centre for BioNano Interactions Senior Researcher, and current collaborator – Dr Anna Salvati – awarded prestigious Rosalind Franklin Fellowship

Former Centre for BioNano Interactions Senior Researcher, and current collaborator – Dr Anna Salvati – has been awarded the prestigious Rosalind Franklin Fellowship at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Groningen, in the Netherlands.

The Rosalind Franklin Fellowship is a prestigious programme of the University of Groningen to promote the advancement of talented international researchers at the highest levels of the institution. The programme is primarily directed at women who have a PhD and aim for a career towards full professorship in a European top research university. The fellowship offers career opportunities to work in international leading milieus and is only awarded to outstanding researchers. Dr Salvati is now fully integrated as a tenure track assistant professor in the Pharmacokinetics, Toxicology and Targeting group of the Groningen Research Institute of Pharmacy (GRIP), where she will establish her own independent research group, while also maintaining strong collaborative links with the Centre for BioNano Interactions.
