The 2006 CEMS MIM Graduation Ceremony
This esteemed Ceremony will be held on Saturday 2nd December in the O'Reilly Hall. The best of contemporary architecture and Irish art have created O'Reilly Hall. Within the imposing facade is one of Ireland's largest and most prestigious venues and is based on the UCD Belfield Campus.

CEMS MIM 2006 Graduation Ceremony
The CEMS MIM 2006 Graduation Ceremony will be the 16th in CEMS history. The Graduation Ceremony will take place in the O’Reilly Hall which is situated on the Belfield Campus.
Number of Guests
Each graduand may bring two guests to the Graduation Ceremony. Unfortunately due to space constraints only one guest may attend the Gala Dinner in O’Reilly Hall.
Please note that persons without admission tickets will not be admitted to O’Reilly Hall. You will need a ticket for both the Graduation Ceremony and the Gala Dinner.
Guests
Guests are asked to take their seats in the O’Reilly Hall approximately 30mins before the ceremony commences. Guests should use the main entrance to O’Reilly Hall. Guests will not be permitted to enter the conservatory in O’Reilly Hall.
Graduands Registration
Graduands are asked to register in the Conservatory, O’Reilly Hall (the glass side of the O’Reilly Hall that faces the lake) between 13.45 and 14.30. Graduands should enter through the glass doors at the side of the Conservatory. Graduands should be smartly dressed Business formal.
When graduands give their name at the Registration desk in the Conservatory, they will be given a number that signifies the order in which the graduands will be presented with their CEMS certificate.
Graduands are asked to line up in numerical order based upon the number that they will be given. It is very important that graduands line up in the correct order, it is in this specific order that they will process into the main hall, be seated and be called to the platform to receive their certificate.
PLEASE NOTE STUDENTS WHO ARE GRADUATING MUST REGISTER FOR THE CEMS ANNUAL EVENTS BEFORE GOING TO REGISTER FOR THE GRADUATION CEREMONY IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE TICKETS FOR ENTRY.
Photos
When the graduation ceremony ends, guests are asked to leave the hall immediately. Graduates will remain in their seats until signalled to make their way for the group photos.
We would appreciate if graduates got into there groups by school, while they are waiting for their photo.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE GRADUATION CEREMONY CANNOT BE DELAYED FOR THE ARRIVAL OF LATECOMERS.
NB. All of the events on Saturday 2nd December will take place on the UCD Belfield Campus. The UCD Belfield Campus is situated approximately 7Km from the city centre. MIM CEMS graduates staying in city centre accommodation are asked to stay on the Belfield Campus on this day. Due to the strict schedule, graduates will not have time to return to their city centre accommodation between events.
