Mike Clancy


Role: MSc. student at UL in WP1.


Research Interests: Specifically working on measuring the carbon stocks of the Podzol subset of mineral soils for WP1. The fieldwork involves sampliing of afforested Podzols on National Forest Inventory (NFI) sites, using auger samples, Bulk Density (BD) rings from forest pits, and forest floor carbon pools by area.

Background: BSc. (Hons.) Environmental Science (UL, 2012), plus over twenty years in the IT industry in a variety of software development and managerial roles for US multi-nationals.
