Research Interests
| My research interests are concerned with several distinct fields of synthetic organic chemistry and chemical biology: 1. The development of new near-infrared photosensitisers; the BF2 chelates of tetra-aryl-azadipyrromethenes, with applications as photodynamic therapeutic agents for cancerous tumour treatment and as in vitro / in vivo imaging agents.
