Schools:

The UCD Classical Museum is a teaching collection of Greek, Roman and Egyptian antiquities located in the School of Classics in the Newman Building.

We are very interested in promoting the museum in outreach activities to schools.
The visit includes a guided tour and students are invited to participate in a hands-on session with the Museum's handling collection with members of our educational team, who have a great deal of experience in facilitating school groups.
These visits really help to bring History to life and give students a valuable insight into how people lived in ancient times. It is particularly useful for students of History or Classical Civilization.
