A workshop

The Museum Artefact and Cultural Space under the joint auspices of the School of Classics and the Humanities Institute of Ireland was held on Saturday 21st of November. The workshop, opened by Dr Philip Nolan, was a great success. It was attended by some 50 people and featured presentations by UCD staff and postgraduate students along with scholars from Ireland and the UK on a wide range of topics to do with ethnicity and identity, death, forgeries and replicas, technology and education. The School extends its thanks to all those who participated, especially colleagues from the Schools of Archaeology and Art History and Cultural Policy, for their excellent contributions.
