Please note additional tickets are issued on a 'first come, first served' basis and are subject to availability. If tickets are available they will be included in your conferring information pack. This will be posted out approximately three weeks before the ceremony date to your permanent address on record. Tickets requested after this point, if available, will be posted out approximately one week before the conferring ceremony.
Please not due to the large number of students due to be conferred there are no extra tickets available for the following ceremonies:
Monday, 3 December at 10.30 a.m.
Monday, 3 December at 3 p.m.
Tuesday, 4 December at 10.30 a.m.
Please note degree parchments for those conferred in absentia are posted out approximately three weeks after the ceremony date. They are sent in a document tube to either the permanent address on record for you or if different to the address submitted on the In Absentia Form. Please ensure that the permanent address on record for you is correct using your SIS Web log-in.
