Graduate Lifecycle Stage 2
After accepting your offer, find out how to register on your course and pay your fees.
How to register
Register online on the SIS (Student Information system) by the stated deadline.
You can sign in to the system using your student ID and password, which are provided in your enrolment pack.
Paying your fees
- Fees should be paid online through SIS
- You can also email studentdesk@ucd.ie to request a giro to pay by post
Collecting your student card
Once your fees are paid, go to the student desk in UCD Tierney Building to collect your student card.
- bring your passport as proof of ID.
Research scholarships
If you are in receipt of a research scholarship, you must:
- Download the UCD Payroll Research Scholarships Form (pdf)
- Download the Revenue Commissioners's Scholarship Exemption Declaration Form (pdf)
- Complete both forms and give them to your graduate or programme administrator, who will pass them on to UCD Registry
Non-EU students
As a non-EU student, once you have registered at UCD you must register with the Garda Immigration Bureau (even if you are not required to hold a visa).
The Bureau is located at 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.
Bring along:
- A valid passport
- Your student card
- Evidence of financial support
- Evidence of private medical insurance
- A registration fee of €150
