Writing a research abstract in plain English can be challenging but is an integral part of grant submissions. Researchers who have paired with patient insight partners to revise abstract submissions in workshops sessions prior to this event will present on their experience of the process.

Abstract submission is now closed for the scientific research poster sessions. Shortlisted abstracts will be presented in moderated sessions as part of the UCD Conway Festival Gold Medal competition. There will be general review poster sessions as well.

Lay Research Poster Sessions
*New in 2018 - researchers who participated in the UCD Conway Engagement Badge competition will display lay research abstracts that have been written with feedback and guidance from patient insight partners.
