Title: “Overcoming therapeutic resistance in advanced prostate cancer”

Objective 1: To discuss potential combination strategies of targeting tubulin and AR interaction/localization by causing lethal EMT, in pre-clinical models of prostate cancer. Impact in improving treatment outcomes in patients
Objective 2: To interrogate the EMT-MET interconversions leading to re-differentiation process by antiandrogen/taxane combination treatment as a driver of therapeutic resistance in hormone–sensitive prostate cancer and metastatic CRPC pre-clinical models.
