Vascular Biology
UCD Conway vascular biology research groups investigate fundamental mechanisms underlying the basic physiologic processes, the origins of vascular disease and associated diagnostic or therapeutic options to treat such diseases. A wide range of methods are employed including genomics, proteomics, biochemistry, cell & molecular biology, systems biology approaches in a variety of cellular, developmental models in addition to translational medicine including programmes in drug design & development.
