The Centre for Corporate Governance at UCD
-
The Centre for Corporate Governance at UCD was established
in February 2002. The Centre has developed a unique expertise in Ireland in
Corporate Governance, mainly through the extensive involvement of company
directors and corporate advisors from the Irish business community in the
courses operating out of the Centre. The Academic Director of the
Centre is Professor Niamh Brennan, Michael MacCormac Professor of Management,
UCD School of Business.
