The Climate-Resilient Agri-Environmental Systems (CRAES) group was formed to address the challenge of climate-smart and environment-friendly production systems by harnessing UCD’s multidisciplinary expertise and engaging with national and international collaborators and stakeholders.

CRAES aims to  foster agri-environmental research, modelling and technology development and to provide strategic education and training.
