Making an Access Request
Under the Data Protection Acts, you may receive a copy of any personal data held by the University on request on payment of a fee of €6.35.
To help us to respond to your request, please be as specific as possible about the information you wish to access. You are legally entitled to a decision within 40 days. You must provide proof of identity (copy driver's licence or passport). If you are unhappy with the outcome of your request, you may make a complaint to the Data Protection Commissioner, who will investigate the matter for you.
If you wish to make a request, complete the application form and return it to the address indicated. A fee of €6.35 and copy proof of identity must accompany this form.
