Applications are invited for a full time PhD scholarship in the area of Neural Engineering and Neuromuscular Systems in the School of Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering, University College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland. This project is funded as part of a new Graduate Research Education Programme in Biomedical Engineering offered in partnership with Trinity College Dublin. The PhD programme will include both taught content and the development of research skills within a 4 year PhD research project.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronic or Biomedical Engineering (or a related discipline) and an interest in biomedical/neural engineering and neuroscience. Strong analytical and computer skills are essential.
