The School Office

The School Office provides a wide range of administrative support for staff and students in the School and is open between from 8:45am to 1:00pm and from 1:30pm to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The Office is located in Room 226, on the second floor of the UCD Engineering and Materials Science Centre on the Belfield campus.

Oran manages the School Office and ensures the overall running of all administrative activities in the School. In particular, Oran is the primary point of contact for financial or HR-related queries.

Martine looks after much of the teaching and learning support for the School and regularly liaises with the Engineering Programme. Within the School. Martine is the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative queries in the School and is the person to contact if you have documents to be authorised by the Head of School.
