Instructions for speakers

Each talk has been allocated 15 minutes to cover the talk and questions. Please allow 2 minutes for questions at the end. Please prepare your talk as a powerpoint file. All talks will be uploaded onto the conferences computer at the start of each day.

Before the day you are scheduled to talk, you can email your talk to fesp5@ucd.ie with the title "FESP5 talk: [DAY] [TIME]" where [DAY] and [TIME] are the day and time of your talk.

Instructions for Posters

Your poster should be no larger than A0 portrait (841mm wide and 1189 mm high). Each poster board is 900mm wide and 1200mm high (pictured on the right). The boards have a felt covering that will allow posters to be attached using a velcro fastener.

Posters will be on display for the entire conference.

At each poster session authors will have the opportunity to give a 3min talk about their poster, and 1 min for questions.
