Lunchtime Boot Camp - now it's your chance to get involved!

As a follow-up to the very popular training sessions for Hell & Back, UCD Sport & Fitness have kindly agreed to continue their lunchtime boot camp on Tuesdays & Thursdays for everyone. Meet opposite Sports Centre on grass area for 1.10pm. Classes will last 35 minutes and are free of charge. Facilities are available for changing and showering in the Sports Centre - ask at the second desk. Classes start on a pilot basis from Tuesday 27 June 2017 and will run until September. This is a great way to meet colleagues, get fit and have some fun at lunch. 
This initiative is in support of the Healthy UCD Strategy and the Culture & Engagement programme.
