As part of the EWI aim of mainstreaming teaching and research programmes around the themes of global justice, equality and human rights in UCD, incoming Marie Curie fellows will offer a range of seminars, workshops and reading-based programmes to the EWI Network, doctoral students and community research scholars. Teaching programmes are organised in association with the Convenors of the EWI Research Clusters.

Module: The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Marie Curie Visiting Scholar Tara Collins is delivering a module on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Seminar Series: Law, Social Justice and Human Rights in Post-totalitarian Societies

Professor Doina Balahur, the EWI Marie Curie Fellow in Critical Legal Theory, is offering a series of four seminars on Law, Social Justice and Human Rights in Transitional Societies. 

The first seminar will be on Social Justice Beyond the Law: Rebuilding Recognition and Respect in Post Totalitarian Societies, and will be held on Thursday September 24th from 14h00-15h30 in L532 on the Fifth Floor of the James Joyce Library.
