New publication from Institute Member on the sustainability of food production

Institute member, Prof Nick Holden, and colleagues Dr Brijesh Tiwari and Dr Tomas Norton, recently published a major new book investigating the economic sustainability and environmental concerns relating to food processing. The book, entitled Sustainable Food Processing, discusses these issues in detail and also seeks to promote ways of increasing sustainability in all the major sectors of the food industry.
