Antimicrobial Resistance: A Whole Food Chain Approach

The UCD Institute of Food and Health has initiated a series of high level workshops aimed at contributing to policy development and identifying research needs in key areas relating to food and health. In this latest workshop, co-hosted with the UCD Centre for Food Safety and the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, leading national and international experts explore the challenges posed by the increase in antimicrobial resistance along the food chain and also the threats from a public health perspective..
