Dr Tom Curran
UCD School of Biosystems and Food Engineering

Dr Tom Curran is an Assistant Professor and Director of the MSc Environmental Technology Programme. His teaching and research focuses on food chain sustainability and covers the measurement, modelling and abatement of emissions to air, water and soil. He recently received a prestigious Fulbright Award (TechImpact) and will be hosted at North Carolina State University to work on a project to develop an early warning system for sewer network blockages caused by 'fatbergs'.
