This web- page is currently under construction but should be up and running soon if all goes to plan. The site is currently undergoing a complete remake mainly to bring it up to date. The UCD French Society exists to promote all things French. Our main events are a weekly coffee morning, weekly french films (usually Wednesday in Theatre Q), wine receptions, a theatre production, a trip to Paris in Easter and a Christmas party in conjunction with the other language societies.

Lots of people think the french society is only for students of French. This isn't at all true! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in the society regardless of what they do or don't study. Indeed, our present committee is graced with the presence of fine individuals who do not, in fact, pursue mastery of the French language at university.
